Returns and Refunds Policy
I greatly appreciate your support of my small art business! To ensure your satisfaction with my work, I have established the following Returns and Refunds policy:
Shipping Carrier:
- I use USPS first class for all orders from my shop. Most of my pieces are ready to ship in one to two business days, but please keep in mind I am a one-woman shop so times may vary slightly! If you require a quicker shipment option, please message me here and I’ll be happy to work with you to make sure you can receive the order in your desired timeframe.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
- Return and refund requests are accepted within one week (7 days) of your order's arrival at your shipping address.
- The item must be in unused and new condition and must be returned in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs:
- The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
- I will initiate a refund to your original payment method once I receive the returned order in its unused and new condition.
Damaged Items:
- In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, I will do my best to make it right! I can supply a replacement if applicable or provide a full refund.
- Returning the damaged item is not necessary. Instead, please email me here. I will confirm your order information and you may then supply a photo of the damaged item. A photo of the damaged item is required to receive a replacement item or a full refund.
International Orders:
- I do not currently accept returns on international orders.
Lost or Late Deliveries:
- If your item has not been received by the expected delivery date, please don't hesitate to contact me here. I will use all of my power to assisting you in tracking down your order!
- In the event that your item is lost in the mail, I will either refund your order or send a replacement item.
Stolen or Misdirected Packages:
- I want your orders to reach you safely (DUH!). However, I cannot assume responsibility for packages that are stolen or misdirected due to an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping information to ensure accuracy.
